2025-2026 Submissions Due by January 20, 2026!

The Blaine Youth Basketball Program is proud to recognize student achievement in the classroom. HOOPS recognizes Blaine girls and boys basketball players for outstanding work in the classroom during the first trimester of the basketball season.  This program is for 2nd through 8th grade girls and boys who participate in Blaine basketball (traveling or in-house).  

To qualify, participants must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA* or equivalent during the 1st trimester. 

Important Note: The first form is preferred, but requires a Google Account (free to sign up) so that a copy of the report card can be uploaded.  If you are unable to use or create a Google Account or Gmail, then you can use the second form.  The second form will require you to also email a copy of the report card to HOOPS@BlaineYouthBasketball.com with athlete's full name.

*Students on an IEP may request a letter of recommendation from a teacher.
