The BYB Scholarship program provides financial assistance for those wishing to play basketball in the Blaine Youth Basketball Association who are registered in the Anoka-Hennepin Free & Reduced Meal Program. Approved scholarships offer reduced registration fees with a special code.  The scholarship application with instructions is provided below.
