K/1 Registration Fees: $60 for four (4) sessions and a t-shirt
Program Details: K/1 sessions will focus on basic fundamentals like dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, etc. There are no formal K/1 teams or league play. Sessions are held in gyms with 8-foot basketball hoops to allow the girls to build confidence and develop sound FUNdamentals. 1st graders new to basketball should start here.
Sessions will be Saturdays starting March 26th through April 16th.
Days: Saturdays - 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16
Times: K/1 - 8:15am - 9:30am
Location: Sunrise Elementary *We strongly encourage parents to attend and participate.*
More details regarding COVID-19 protocols will be communicated as we get closer to the event dates and as we get more updated guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: Scholarships are available for players that receive free or reduced price meals at school. Proof of this includes completion of a scholarship form (provided below) and a letter from the School District designating the player receives free or reduced meals.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to apply for a scholarship you must FIRST complete the scholarship application form provided below and send the completed form to: firstname.lastname@example.org along with the required documentation. Once approved, you will be given a scholarship discount code to use when completing registration.
