BLAINE HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL CAMP

JUNE 19 - JUNE 22, 2017

Join current Blaine High School coaches, players, and alumni players for an unforgettable basketball learning experience at the Official Blaine Basketball Camp!

Our mission is to provide a complete, in-depth basketball experience emphasizing fundamentals in order to help boys grades entering grades 1-8 to reach their full potential regardless of current ability.  

- A typical day of camp will consist of offensive drills, team games, daily contest, weeklong shooting contest, daily skill emphasis, and other fun activities to strengthen the basketball skills of future Bengal Hoopsters.  In addition, Bengal coaches will teach drills that players can use throughout the summer.

- Our most important camp goal- HAVE FUN!!

Session 1 – Campers Entering Grades 1-3  8:00-9:45 AM West Gym    $60

Session 2 – Campers Entering Grades 4 and 5 8:00-9:45 AM East Gym $60

Session 3 – Campers Entering Grades 6-8 10 AM – 12:45 PM $80

BLAINE BOYS SUMMER SKILLS CLINICS

Who:   Boys in 4th – 8th grade (Based on 2017-2018 School Year)

Where: Blaine High School

When:  8 Sessions Monday and Wednesday evenings

  Dates: June 19, 21, 26, 28     July 10, 12, 17, 19

Time:  8:00 – 9:15

What:  Sessions will be run by the BYB and will work on fundamentals of the game of basketball: Shooting form, passing, ball handling, defensive skills, post/perimeter breakdown and footwork.

Cost:  $20 for all 8 sessions.  Bring cash or check (made out to Blaine Youth Basketball) to the first session.

How can YOU help??

Our club runs on volunteers and all families are encouraged to get involved by volunteering.  Please note it is BBCC’s current policy NOT TO CHARGE A VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT (many area programs require a volunteer deposit of $75-$100).   Thanks in advance for your support as we build the best youth basketball program in the state!

 

During your registration process, you will be asked to choose from the following volunteer opportunities:

  • Coach
  • Assistant Coach
  • Team Coordinator - Logistical/communication support for coach
  • Game table - Scorebook (In-house games)
  • Game table - Clock (In-house games)
  • Referee (In-house games)
  • Blaine Boys Hosted Traveling Tournament - (Traveling parents will be required)
